MELBOURNE | 399 Bourke Street | 203m | 46 fl | Pro

- then 40 levels of office.

Ground level RL is 15m and the top of the plant is 218m. top of office levels is 203m (so 188 metres 'habitable').

Building looks fantastic and would be a great addition to the skyline

nice tower, perhaps a bit too bulky (prefer slender towers).

I am not totally 100% sold on this design, From the first picture it has potential but it lost me in the site context section.... as being too out of scale with surrounds, would love a longer section

Excellent ! Very cool design ! The curve is the element that gives the project too much elegancy...

Just wondering what program you have the 3d Melbourne in?

Also who is the architect(s) behind this design as it differs quite alot from the Fender Katsalidis proposal.

Fender Katsalidis are the architects. Since the original renders were produced the original owners off loaded the site and the project was expanded to include an adjoining site.
