If Im not mistaken Teng Family is the owner of Kimball Plaza and the Jollibee stores at National Highway, Robinsons and Calumpang. Im so glad they are so back in business for Magandang GenSan.

Kakaiba rin yang building na yan actually. I was amazed by its design kasi ginawang semento talaga lahat ng design elements lalo na sa facade. kakaiba talaga. hehe

I think the Ayalas should seek a local partner. kasi ang local partner, sya ang mas nakakaalam kung ano yung kailangan ng mga tao sa kanyang locality.

It's mixed - use building with chicken haus as one of the occupants... meron din itong banko and other establishments... di ko lang alam kung sino may ari...
