Keep in mind that Mexico City has some 25+ million inhabitants...so, chances are, you can find ANY sort of people here, you name it. Maybe that guy is not a skinhead, but I can bet there are a bunch of them in the city.

I also kinda dress like a skin head, except i have hair, i think their music/style is a bit cool. anyway, mexico its just another diverse western nation, one can find just about any type of people.
