^ The greatest piece of castle Japan has to offer! Himeji might be another contender (please show this one as well!). Whenever you go to Tokio, you should have a look at it. Amazing.

The so-called "national treasures of Japan" are all damn worth it and some of the greatest things achieved in Asian culture.

Himeji-jo is my favorite one!!! I have visited Himeji-jo, Hikone-Jo, Odawara-Jo and Osaka-jo too. I also have visited the ruins of the Matsushiro-jo in Nagano city.
In Hiroshima and Nagoya I didn't have time to visit the castles, someday I will.
