what happens from here then? is there no sort of consequence of the builder not adhering to the design or...? sorry i dont know much about this stuff. can people that bought into it say "nar, i paid for this, but you guys built this..gimme ma money"

At least it adds a bit of colour to the city. I was surprised when I first saw it - I don't think it looks all that bad - just different to what we were expecting. Whether the unveiled new design is a breach or not I don't know.

Well. I guess you have to expect it when the building design changes every six months and runs years and years over the initial expected completion date that someone somewhere is going to eventually just shrug and say 'fuck it, just get it done'.
