There's no "main one". Each airline / alliance has it's own priority which of the Moscow airports is served...

mihir1310, first flight is to Sochi, 15 of November, terminal will start operation with the local flights. So, in 3 days finally it will be opened!!! Everybody is waiting for it )

By 6 of February 2010 it might be in a full operation with all planned flights to be moved from two other terminals.

AND...!!! Its 15th of November, first flight is going to depart in 6 hours 30 mins

JoKo65, terminal F (2) is going to start a big reconstruction after new terminal SVO-E will be finished by early 2010, because no need to start it now, most of the flights will move to terminal D now, other flights will move to new terminal E in 2010, after that part of the terminal F will be for domestic flights, other part will remain international, but anyway it will be all renovated, and actually it was planned to build a right wing of F, same as E on the left, but i think it gonna appear only if there be a passenger growth. Next year new Vnukovo airport terminal A will be launched also, so i think passenger capacity in Moscow is enough at the moment

Here are few photos by aviaforum user, terminal was opened today, first flight to russian city of Sochi, very few images at the current moment, but later i am sure it will be a lot! Only few services work today, maybe only one Irish Pub, but today only 4 flights are sheduled.

Official opening ceremony of SVO-D is planned for 9 of February 2010, birthday of Aeroflot, they want to held a ceremony after they finish moving of all flights from SVO-F.

Just not SVO-1, but terminals A, B and C nothern complex

This is a masterplan how the airport will be looking by 2030, anyone can see purple line heading from terminal G to terminals ABC, this gonna be some kind of a monorail under landing strips, connecting Southern terminal complex and Nothern terminal complex.

AND!!! Today it was announced, that first phase of Vnukovo new terminal A will open on 28th of December, first year it will handle domestic flights only, after second phase is finished, the size of this new terminal will be 250000 sq.m. and together with international flights it will be able to serve 20 million pax per year.
