I thank my mum and dad personally for it - every time we look for an apartment we look for one with a sea view - because my mum says it brings her pleasure when she wakes up

Hong Kong looks the chinese New York, while Shanghai is more similar to Chicago...agree??

Not really - I'd say HK = New York, Singapore = Chicago.

By the way, my parents are unfortunately set to move in April and I'm set to lose my sea-view

However, I'm still staying in the Tai Koo Shing area
