The Lancaster a 255-unit development that appears to be planned for the southern block in the assemblage.

Lancaster North a 66-unit development for the northern block.

J/k, aside, I was wondering why no one mentioned the TRV. It's in development, but no one knows how far it's going to go now.

What are all those tall things sticking up out of the ground across the Trinity River? Are they planned monuments?

No, they're supertalls, in Dallas, that can be seen from Ft. Worth.

Wow, that conceptualized fantasy has to go down as one of the most graphically depicted developments that will never ever get developed even in a million years. I am hugely impressed. I don't think anything in Dallas has ever been proposed like it. This even reminds me of all those pyramids that were built in Fort Worth during the mid eighties.
Could you make a three dimensional presentation of this planned development and post it? I've still got my 3-D glasses from the movie Avatar.
