$700,000? You have got to be kidding here? No offence, but these lofts are horrible! They look horrendous IMO! I wouldn't give 70k for one of these let alone 700k! The developers must be INSANE! With the currently financial situation these prices are just plain crazy! Couldn't be selling much of these? I mean, Vegas was one of the hardest hit by the financial crisis - if not THE hardest hit in the US...or am I missing something here?

I could buy - and actually have been offered 4-6 bedroom mansions in many states for half that money!

Outrageous prices indeed. If Im not mistaken there are already residents in some of the units. This is right next to the park by my place. I'll check it out once again one of these days.

Whoever bought here must literally have money to burn! But then again, every one to their own style/taste/way of life I guess. Thx for info.

Hiking at the Rainbow Wilderness Area of Red Rock Canyon. Winter rains the last couple of months produced a lush and green desert terrain.

Well so far there are some of us who are lucky and not obese. I'm 5'11" and weigh 150 lbs. Hehehe.

Anyway I went back to the lofts for a short walk and yes there are indeed residents in the area. Don't know how much they paid for it but if they can afford the lofts, it's none of our business. To each his own. Not so sunny today but anyway here are the photos.

Yes they are nice, one thing about Vegas I like the most, even though it is in a desert terrain, Vegas has a lot of trees in its natural state and landscaped ones.
