that's a million dollar view from your balcony jb...fresh water surrounded by a well manicured green lawn and happy wild life..

Keep in mind for almost 2 decades the growth of Las Vegas was phenomenal. Many developments both housing and commercial commenced the last 2 decades.

My friend and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I only had Avocado Egg Rolls with sweet Chili sauce.

The entrance to my neighbourhood with the newly trimmed Palm trees and the view from my porch. No man made lake but a beautiful tree and a calming xeriscape.

Beautiful indeed without smoke belching diesel vehicles, man made clean lake and a neighbourhood which respects wildlife.
