I think he means and I agree that density is good but these are too close , I mean you are on the 56th floor and all you can see are your neighbours in next door towers only 20m away drying his undies on the balcony. Not great. Other develkoper cities density is organic and typically tries to respect line of site issues and also has shadow angles to respect so tall buildings are not to tightly clustered allowing sunlight to reach the bottom floors.

The Empire State is located at fifth avenue and west 34th street. Not many highrises around it. I am talking about the dense part of midtown that resembles the Dubai Marina.

Dude ready NYC design code regarding tall buildings and see what it says about steped back structues (wedding cake design), light angles into main roads, line of sight and view coirridors etc.

the marina is well planned but this cluster is horrrible and shoudl be spread out more. Services will be a disaster and traffic will cause this part of the Marina to be undrivable.

Why do Dubai people (and Im one) get so defensive about eveything. Sure Dubai has done amazing things and Ive been part of it for 8 years , but it has also got lots wrong. Its life so accept that Dubai is not perfect and be rational when considering that this area is too close together. Ive been up to 50th Floor in MAG and looking out you can see much. In most citys at the 50th floors you have wonderful views

For some reason, I like the nightime photos better than the daytime ones.
