Crown 3 looks great. I hope it doesn't suffer during the GFC, it would be a shame for it to only ever be half full.

The entrance to Crown 3 is turning out great as well. I can't wait to see it finished.

crown3 is just about topped. across from is vue grande which is slightly higher at 107m.

*gasp* Imagine the outcry if any were to happen to the Horseshoe Bridge! Its a part of Perth's innermost heart, soul and consciousness that historic pile of bricks. And a considerable amount of Perth Station is now underneath it. Needs repaving though - shocking driving surface...

There is a new project at the corner of Park Lane and Scarborough Street in Southport called Iridium. It is 141.4m tall and 44 storeys. There is an office podium with resi on top.

I'll get pics when I can, probably on the weekend.

These threads were much better when it was just 'Proposals' and maybe 'news' rather than 'UC updates'. We can see UC updates in the project thread details, and then this thread wouldn't be as cluttered with constant updates on building progress.
