Less than 10 km from Hi-tech City and 5 km from Gachibowli, home to Indian School of Business, Microsoft, Polaris, UBS, Franklin Templeton, the site is well connected to the IT hub in Hyderabad, and just 20 minutes drive from the new international airport at Shamshabad.

Outer Ring Road;
The Township will have convenient access to the outer ring road expressway. The ORR will provide the township with easy access to some of the major nodes of Hyderabad including Hi-Tech City, Games Village, IIIT, ISB, Hardware Park, and Financial District.

Shamshabad International Airport;
The township will be connected to the airport via the ORR expressway, providing easy air accessibility in less than 20 minutes.

Residential;
A mix of high-rise apartment towers and low-rise garden apartments and row houses is planned for the well landscaped urban setting. The township is being planned based on the modern planning tenets of mixed use development. Consequently, the residential areas will be in proximity to work spaces, retail areas, recreational and civic places, educational and health facilities.

Commercial;

The commercial office areas are being planned for IT / ITES sector in line with the SEZ policy. The commercial office buildings will be designed based on Tishman Speyer’s international expertise in this sector providing for modern, safe, green and state-of-the-art working areas.

Retail;
The retail development for the township will comprise a mix of branded stores / boutiques alongside convenience shopping areas for the local populace.

Civic;

The Township also plans for other important amenities including schools, colleges, hospitals, community halls, a fire station, and a police station. Social infrastructure would also include parks and open areas for the local and regional communities. The design of the social amenities and civic spaces is being planned in accordance with the highest standards of town planning.
