SI que hay todo un boom. Deberia regularse el tema de la estética en las fachadas. Es importante también este detale porque está en un ámbito del perfil urbano que tiene que ver con la identidad de la zona donde habitamos, un tema muy aparte de como sea en los interiores.

Interesante, el litoral de San Miguel cada vez se convierte en un lugar más atractivo. Ofrece una bonita vista al mar sin costar tanto como otros distritos.

asi parece porque alrededor de ese dentro de San Miguel no hay proyectos que yo sepa
pero creo que por TV pasaron un lio de unos vecinos por la construccion de un edificio en el mismo acantilado...y si no me equivoco...fue en Barranco xD mejor no mezclo mas distritos buen proyecto

wow :-O cuantos edificios hay por ahi mismo golf de san isidro casi, pero los que viven ahi son clase media? osea esos departamentos no estan tan caros o si?

no son caros (por ahora).... pero comienzan a volverse caros
hoy pase por pueblo libre... y desde la av bolivar ya se ve un skyline en la av brasil dominado por el edificio Alto mirador ...realmente empinada esa zona
