Because of this narrow river/canal that can be seen in the render above, I would guess the location of this project may be:


- either somewhere in the A2 block, or in the A4/A7 block:






- OR....... somewhere in the C4 or C9 block (close to the ENK Complex and Rilindja):







I recall when reading about the Lakrishte regulation plan, that there is an underground river/canal running through Lakrishte (the one that can be seen in this map above) - which there are plans to dig up in the future...

Nice project! I am really jealous that Prishtina's municipality is able to develop such an intelligent urban plan, in order to concentrated all major office/hotel developments in the Lakrishte area. In Sofia, all big office projects are scattered around the city.

I think chances are that this is the location of the Axis Complex because of 2 reasons (my speculative "prediction" of course ) :
- In the render you can see a river/canal that flows close to Axis. Such river/canal can also be seen close to this landplot in the regulation plan posted above. This river/canal is currently underground, but there are plans to dig it up in the future.
- The shape of the Axis Complex, corresponds with the shape of this landplot as it is formed in the regulation plan posted above. Straight line, where it borders ENK - and a roundly/curved shape facing Arberia..

If this is so, which to me seems very likely... Then the Axis Complex has started construction

I'm afraid this may be a too big project at this moment. With its 232 000 m2, its almost as big as ENK Complex. On top of it its a pure commercial project (no residential space at all...).. But what the hell, if the investor has the balls to pour money into this project - he surely must have his reasons to do so...

On another note, I really like the design of this project. Seems like a very high-quality project. With its 232 000 m2 it might become the biggest shopping center in the Balkans as well (anyone knows of anything bigger?)
On the other hand, I dont like how they are using the landplot. I think they should have built something alot taller, and thus havin some free space for some square or something - instead of occupying every inch of the landplot in this way.

Would be great if someone keeps an eye with this construction site once in a while, and look for when they put up the construction/project billboard. Then we'll find out for sure what is going on here..

There's not a billboard yet but there's a lot of activity; trucks coming in and going out, a lot digging, etc. I've got some photos but not great ones.

A mundet dikush me skjaru dicka ketu, sepse ne keto video edhe foto po duket sikur dy gropa jane, nuk jam duke e perfshi ENK-in. A jane duke me bo syte apo qka eshte puna?

Duket qe eshte nje shtrese e trashe aty ne mes me ciment, per ate duken si dy gropa, por nje eshte.



A e kane bere keshtu me qellim kete forme qe ngjane me nje patkua, apo vetem jane vonuar germimet ketu ne mes per shkak te cimentos, nuk di. Te shohim..

Ende nuk eshte 100% sigurt se ky eshte lokacioni i Axis Complex'it... Ka mundesi edhe te jete nje projekt tjeter (Nese eshte atehere keto postime qe jane bere ketu mund te transferohen ne nje teme te re nga Altini) Sido qe te jete duhet te jete nje projekt i madh, dhe duhet te marrim vesh dicka edhe jo shume kohe. Ose nga media ose nga vete investitori.

I was watching RTK like a week a go and prisitina mayor and the president were at this exact location and they inagurated the begining of some infrastructural project that mainly deals with the black waters of Prishtina. I wonder if this activity that we see here is related to that in any way???
