quindi la società Crescent s.r.l. ha acquisito i diritti edificatori dei settori 2, 3, 4 e 5 ed ha l’obbligo di acquisire anche i diritti del settore 1. Il settore 6 sostituisce i diritti edificatori dell’ex jolly hotel. Una torre e l'edificio a Trapezio spettano all'autorità portuale e l'altra torre al comune?
