we should wait for the ground braking ceremony and after that we should change the title accordingly

By the way, the project is going to be called The Wharf IFC it seems.

The new renders look rather concept to me, and they didn't release the name of the architect in the last articles. If the architect isn't reported in the ground breaking ceremony, then the design is unlikely to be final, and we'll probably have to wait a long time before it's actually started We'll see on Tuesday.

Really nice design but will it be alone without a business center ? With 300m high towers ?

450m, 92 floors. Very little info though, I don't believe the design is final.

An article from SouFun.....

http://news.suzhou.soufun.com/2010-03-30/3199266_2.html

It says The Wharf is building a 588m tower in Suzhou. The article is not very specific so I'm not sure if they are referring to this tower.

How many do you want them to build . One 450 is already too much for any global company .you want two of them in the same city one at 450 the other at 588 that is seriously insane

Back to 500m+ then? Nice! Actually Wilkinson Eyre's prop was around 508m.

Posted by 玉山后人. Should we change to Prep or we better wait and see if they are starting serious digging works?

Yep you are right, i really like this tower, though it may not be very iconic for the city. Hopefully it will help transform the city

nearly 600 would be hell of a high tower. only time will tell what the final design will be. the taller the better :p
