The above picture is about the interchange from Noida-GN Expressway to Yamuna Expressway (YEW). This interchange will not be ready next year.
What we know is, by Oct 2010, 1X1 Lane of YEW will be operational upto Agra. The interchange 1, will also connect the proposed 3 X 3 Toll-Free road connecting PariChowk to Badarpur, Delhi. As because this interchange / flyover will not be ready, you have to go through the Pari Chowk, GN round about to get to YEW and vice-versa. By December 2009, 1X1 Lane YEW is expected to be operational till Jewar. 2013 - YEW will be fully operational (all 3X3 lanes with toll plaza etc). Few other development about this area. 1) Formula 1 will be ready for 2011 race. 2) Gautam Buddha Univ. operational for Masters Level courses (No under grad yet). 3) Eastern Peripheral Expressway is calling new tender (Reliance tender is canceled). So the project will start by 2011. 4) LRTS Metro connecting Sector 32 Noida with PariChowk GN, is likely to be a PPP project with Mitsubishi Corp. and expected to finish by 2013. Phase 3 of the metro to terminate in Jewar. The alignment of LRTS Metro is along the Expressway. So this area will be seeing good ROI by 2014, I guess as the major triggers of development takes shape. Not to mention, an investment from companies like Infosys Technologies could be a game changer besides Jewar Intl. Airport (which can be taken up by Congress Govt in UP in the future) Last edited by arnabx; September 4th, 2009 at 07:39 PM. |

The maiden plot scheme (YEA01) consisting of 21K plots consists of 300, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 SQM plots respectively.
The 300 and 500 SQM plots will be located in Sector 18 (see the above master plan post dated July 30th, 2009). 1000, 2000, 4000 SQM plots will be located in Sector 20, which will be one of the posh sectors of YEIDA, if the area picks up. All the applicants can check the status of their applications online at http://results.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/index.htm The date of draw is on Oct 14th, 2009 (2 days before Diwali). |

YEA conducted draw for 1000, 2000 and 4000 SQM plots on Oct 14, 2009. Majority of the applicants have won their plots. Market premiums are very little (some Rs 50-90/SQM).
300, 500 SQM plots will be drawn on Nov 17th, 2009 and it will be a computerized draw. Some 19000+ plots will be entering the market in Greater Noida area. Will be fun to see, too many sellers trying to dispose off their plots. Remember that this residential schemes are meant for very long term investors (10+ years) or for end users who will live there. |
