Problems after installing Simcity4 Rush Hour

Hey people! , I just finished installing Rush Hour this morning, when I got with the first obstacle which was the popular pop-up ''the configuration file Graphic rules.sgr cannot be parsed. Using built-in rules''... But I think I fixed that problem, because it doesnt appears anymore, so the following doubt/problem that I have is why when I start to build on my city, practically 80% of the new buildings (from rushhour) appears with bad graphics?

Here is the capture

Or the link's capture if you can't see the pic

When I built avenues, this only get invisible.... others building such as Luxury police station, schools, rocket launch, etc etc appears with red-green-blue-black colors and when a built zones such as residentials you can see that it looks so weird in tha pic :s

Umm... I think you should replace sim city 1.dat and also sim city 2.dat from the rush hour CD. That worked with me when I install RH and had same problem with you.

What is your operating system? And do you get any install errors when installing.

You also should try installing the patch for your region. Don't remember where to find this anymore now that the official Sim City 4 page is no longer up.

Alternatively, look at digital distribution clients like Steam or Origin and see if one has Sim City 4 Deluxe at a decent price for you, provided they are available in your country.
