This looks like a DDR plate (Eastern Germany 1953-1998), but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm?
Front:  Rear: (parked in bushes, so hard to take a pic of)  Spotted here I don't know what the orange sticker says, but the white one says 'Sachsen-Anhalt' |

That's a regular pre-euroband German plate. Not a DDR one. |

and if i am not mistaken that is a old iraqi plate from the kurdistan region
العراق on the lower right means iraq and i guess the left part looks like ديالى that is diyala |

I have no ideea where is that plate from. And sorry for the bad quality, but I was on the sidewalk and the vehicles was on the street, moving... PS: today I've seen another arab license plate on an Audi (it was white or silver letters on black background, but I don't have a pic)

Anyway, I don't find it too legal to drive a car with the license plate just with arabic script. For instance, what license plate number is set when he bought the vignette? *the Romanian vignette system is electronic: they just register your license plate number in the computer and it's checked electronically with video cameras

I saw a Swiss (ZH) plate in Philadelphia a while ago. But not on as a sort of souvenir plate, on a vehicle with an American plate as well: this was on the front and back of the vehicle and there was nothing else on it.
