I saw a California Plate in Toronto last week. I couldn't take any photos though because of the situation.
Also I have a picture of a Dzyan Citroëno on UT SG campus which is rare in north america. But it was licensed as ontario. I'll post the pic later. |

GB in Puerto Rico. To the left of it is a US government plate... not really that weird where I live, but worth mentioning it.

green norway plates dont have letters in the middle and dont go on lorries
the plate is propably a french diplomatic or irish trade plate, or even further a turkish consular plate. nothing strange, far or uncommon for london anyway |

I checked google streetview but the crossing Bathurst/Dundas looks nothing like this. It has a McDonalds and appears to be more suburban. Quote:

Before I checked StreetView myself, I thought you might have the wrong Bathurst and Dundas - they're typical Ontario names (early dignitaries, I'd guess) and it wouldn't surprise me if there's a pair of streets by that name intersecting in some suburb. But there is indeed a McDonald's (which isn't necessarily non-urban); also note the Tim Horton's across the street: that's how you tell you're in Canada. (Tim's does have a few locations in border areas in the US, but essentially it's a Canadian fast food chain.) |

I live in Spain too and U.S.A plates are not that common, this year I've seen few. Not more than 10... Curaçao is other case, that plate is very cool, I friend saw Puerto Rico and Antigua Y Babruda in the last 2 years here |
