If anyone knows a good big MSCP roof (or big open carpark space) with fantastic or nice background view (prefer city skyline or greenary) please let me know as i will be doing a photo shoot this weekend for a group of cars. Thx

I have not found one with a totally mind-blowing background yet..perhaps I havent explored enough but perhaps the view from the Farrer Park HDB MSCP might be what you have in mind? There might be some in Tiong Bahru too.
