O render é muito pequeno mas dá para ter uma ideia do que irá sair dali.

É pequeno mas já dá para ter uma ideia do prédio.
Na minha opinião parece-me bem e espero que surjam mais edifícios deste tipo para tentar eliminar os patos bravos que se encontram ao redor de Lisboa.

No terreno em cima em princípio não está previsto nada. Aquilo pertence a uma escola profissional.

Quanto ao alvará, o mais provável é o prazo ser prorrogado.
