0. Jakarta <--- bah gak ada yg bisa nandingin, terlalu imbalance neh kota di tanah air. Dengan Megakuningan skyline saja sudah bisa mengukuhkan sebagai kota dengan Skyline terbaik se-Indo.

hmm,, judul thread-nya khan "which are the 10 top skyline cities in Indonesia", jadi diurutkan "hanya" berdasarkan skyline-nya, ga melihat variabel lain, kayak luas area, jumlah penduduk, kerapian, dsb.. Dan pendapat ini dilihat kondisi sekarang, jadi ga mempedulikan seberapa banyak muncul skyline di suatu kota untuk beberapa tahun kedepan..

untuk itu, saya berpendapat:
1. Jakarta Raya --> Hutan beton-nya Indonesia..
2. Surabaya --> Mantap, walaupun terbagi menjadi 2 area yg cukup berjauhan..
3. Tangerang (include Lippo Karawaci) --> Ga terlalu banyak, tapi tinggi2 n mantap
4. Medan --> Lumayan banyak
5. Bandung --> Saya tinggal di kota ini nih, jadi kenal bandung, he..
6. Balikpapan --> Cukup memusat
7. Batam
8. Makassar
9. Semarang
10. Palembang (atau Samarinda ya??)

Hehe.. ini pendapat saya lho, yang saya liat dari page-page di SSC ini, saya berusaha se-objektif mungkin,,

3. Lippo Karawaci (pernah setaun tinggal di kota Tangerang dan gw tau bener sangat timpangnya kondisi fisik Lippo Karawaci dan kota Tangerang diluar Lippo Karawaci, tapi untungnya sedang dibangun proyek Tangerang City)
4. Kota Medan
5. Kota Makassar
6. Kota Bandung (gw sekarang tinggal di kota ini tapi kenapa ya gw tidak merasa Bandung sebagai kota metropolitan yang gagah dengan gedung2 bertingkatnya)
7. Kota Semarang
8. Kota Batam (pernah kesini, untuk ukuran kota wilayahnya sangat luas, kelemahannya gedung2 jadi menyebar)

wah, orang Bandung mas? sama dong.. tapi saya baru 1,5 taun d Bandung.. (OOT..)

Iya, Bandung kayak ga seperti kota metropolitan karena:
1. Bandung adalah kota terpadat di Indonesia (ingat, TERPADAT, bukan paling banyak penduduknya..)
2. Gedung2 Tinggi di Bandung menyebar banget.. Daerah downtown-nya lebih banyak ruko2 padat dan semrawut daripada gedung tinggi-nya.
3. Ada pembatasan tinggi bangunan juga untuk daerah pusat kota (kayak Semarang), karena masih ada Bandara Husein Sastranegara,, tapi klo agak jauh dari pusat kota (jalur lalu lintas pesawat), lumayan tinggi2. Liat aja kayak Dago Butik, Gallery Ciumbuleuit, dsb.
4. Kata temen saya yg anak Planologi, tata kota Bandung itu buruk, hehe..
