Architects are Carlos Ott Architects in association with Carlos Ponce de León Architects >> http://www.poncedeleonarchitects.com...royecto_id=153

The builder is L&T.

The integral parts are from various vendors.. like A/C is by Voltas. A board in front of the site displays the list of companies being a part of this construction.

An awesome piece of architechture

This building needs to be showcased as an highlight of the new Chennai. Surprisingly even the owners of the building(TCS) do not seem to be doing so. Just cant help comparing the way Infosys highlights their Bangalore Complex(sorry folks, no intentions of starting the Blr-Chn debate for the zillionth time) bringing in various heads of states, TV journalists, print journalists etc. TCS could start a similar do in their Siruseri campus . As a fringe benefit, the IT Corridor would also be completed.

i hope you are right about the 6 towers. it would be a treat to be in the center of them.
how about the landscaping though?

Of the 3 towers in the right side of the picture, all are structurally complete.
tower 1 - interior/ exterior nearing completion
tower 2 - interior/ exterior in progress
tower 3 - structure is almost complete - interior/ exterior work not yet started

Landscaping is also not complete. As for as it is completed as of now, looks OK. Not as good as you see at Infosys. Since the entire structure (6 towers + 12 small blocks in between) stands on a single big basement block, trees are not possible. So, it ends up only with lawns. Hope they will have a good one with trees once the entire area is covered.

^ ^ Thanks for the clarification. i was wondering how can they finish rest of the three buildings in such a short time since the first three took forever to build.
icing on the cake will be the landscaping, without it the building will just look like lotus in dump
