It seems that they reached the 7th/8th floor now.

It´s great for Berlin that Hilton Worldwide has chosen this city to establish there one of its most luxurious and most identifiable hotels in the world!

This will be the third* hotel of the elite "The Waldorf=Astoria Collection" in Europe and the first one in this part of the continent.

*The other two hotels are:
-Rome Cavalieri — Rome, Italy
-Trianon Palace – Versailles, France

Berlin is developing in the right direction: One of Europe´s leaders in tourism!

This tower looks pretty good but i think it would look better without the large glass floors at the top,
just continu the facade as below the glass. Or else make glass 360° around on the top floors.

as far as I know it's still in the planning stages (so it's not dead) - I suspect they will start building some time next year (probably once the 'Zoofenster' here is finished). Should be a great tower as well (I actually prefer the design of the Atlas Tower).

Nice that there' this new tallest at Ku'damm now! It dwarfs Gedächtniskirche, a sight that takes getting used to. But I like the light stone color, combined with the blueish glass.

Btw. these aren't 37 floors... including a tech level on top, I count only 33.

They changed the plan when the Waldorf became the main hirer. The overall height remained the same, so the rooms are higher now.
