Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, India


Located in the Lucknow, the capital of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh is this amazing project spread over 5000 acres. It will contain an international world class golf course surrounding the residential and comercial areas. It will also have luxury villas, designer landscaping, state-of-the-art infrastructure, entertainment and healthcare facilities.

The project was designed by FXFOWLE Architects who have designed plenty of other projects throughout India. They designed it for Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd.


The main landmark of the city is the 65 floor Signature Tower.

The Athletes' Village for the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi has been officially opened and described as "better than the Beijing Olympics" by Craig Hunter, the Chef de Mission for England's team.
The dates for the Games are 3 - 14 October 2010, inclusive of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Weather wise the city experiences an October mean temperature of a minimum 17.2 degrees centigrade and maximum 31.3 degrees centigrade with humidity ranging from 31 to 78% for the October and November months.
