beautiful plane, caribbean airline its suposed to start on june, they will serve the same places that bwia does, i hope they start flights to the dr soon

I think the airport at Piarco was an architectural disaster, especially for the time it was build. Just terrible, modern airports are supposed to be light and airy, not clunky. The design could have been way better.

O Gord YES! Fuh the money they spend they could have gotten something much better looking, comfortable and efficient. I read some years back that the Airports Authority couldn't even afford the new electric bill when it opened. Trinidad needs more forward thinking leaders, the country's developing in the midst of a 'green' revolution. For goodness sake incorporate some of that and save some of the very thing thats funding the development. GOSH!

Piarco International Airport (IATA: POS, ICAO: TTPP) is the main airport serving Trinidad and Tobago located in Piarco, a town in northern Trinidad, about 25 km east of the capital city, Port of Spain.
