Arrow Port of Spain | Pictures at night

Port of Sapin at night

Port of Spain enjoys cool breezy nights especially during the wet season

Its not really just the crime but the fact that most ppl don't live in the city hence the lack of activity after working hours. That said downtown itself is somewhat limited when it comes to nightlife. There are some clubs and casinos off of independent square. With the waterfront open downtown nightlife has picked up a bit so it is improving.
