Technically great.
Apart from that, a strong taiwanese look ;-) But I think the building failed to make a strong enough statement on the international scene, although I can't really say why. Maybe because it's too isolated an achievement ? I like the idea to make it green, but I think somehow the cladding could look better. Still the building is much better than expected, with great lighting as well. 8. |

A great idea, but it could've been better done. The green is just a little too much, and the base looks horrible. The spire is ok at best. I really wish the design had been a bit more polished, considering how prominent a building this is.
