Semnalizari pe Canalul Porta Alba-Navodari de 10 milioane de lei

Aproximativ 10 milioane de lei va costa modernizarea sistemul de semnalizari de navigatie pe Canalul Poarta Alba Midia-Navodari, iar operatorul selectat pentru efectuarea lucrarii este firma romaneasca Utilnavorep. Potrivit, Companiei Nationale Administratia Canalelor Navigabile (ACN) Constanta, modernizarea sistemului va costa 9,96 milioane de lei si se va realiza prin inlocuirea echipamentelor actuale care sunt depasite tehnic. Lucrarile vor consta, printre altele, in realizarea semnalizarii statice de-a lungul canalului, infrastructurii pentru semnalele luminoase terestre si semafoarele din lungul canalelor, modernizarea stalpilor de sustinere a semafoarelor la ecluze, refacerea semaforizarii la ecluze, porturi si la intrarea si iesirea din canal, prin inlocuirea cablurilor electrice si a semafoarelor. Criteriul de atribuire a fost pretul cel mai mic, iar contractul este finantat din fonduri comunitare (71,12%) si de la bugetul de stat (28,88%).

A înnebunit Preşedintele!

Băsescu a semnat Decretul pentru promulgarea Legii privind transmiterea în administrarea Consiliului Local Municipal Constanţa a terenului pe care urmează să fie realizat miniportul pentru ambarcaţiuni de agrement din Mamaia! Terenul, aflat în proprietatea publică a statului, este transmis din administrarea Apelor Române în administrarea Consiliului Local Constanţa. Terenul are o suprafaţă de 2.129 metri pătraţi, din care 1.879 metri pătraţi în Marea Neagră şi 250 metri pătraţi din plaja extinsă, în zona Hotelului Victoria. Pe acest teren va fi construit un ponton pentru ambarcaţiuni de agrement, de unde vor pleca vaporaşe care vor face curse între Mamaia şi Delta Dunării.

Este primul pas înapoi făcut de Băsescu în continua luptă cu Mazăre! Blocarea construirii Şoselei de Coastă.
Blocarea construirii Orăşelului Lacustru de pe lacul Siutghiol.
Stoparea şi blocarea pentru 2 ani a reparaţiei capitale a Spitalului Clinic Judeţean de Urgenţă Constanţa. După 2 ani de cercetări au constatat că totul este corect, s-a deblocat, dar israelienii care finanţau lucrarea s-au retras şi acum nu mai sunt bani...
Stoparea şi blocarea totală a reparaţiei capitale a Podului IPMC.
Blocarea construcţiei Portului Mamaia (primul proiect al miniportului de agrment Mamaia).

La toate piedicile acestea se adaugă lipsirea totală a Constanţei de orice sumă de bani de la bugetul central! La contribuţie suntem pe locul 2 sau 3 (cu Timişoara ne "batem"), dar alţii (ex. Cluj Napoca, cu primar prim-ministru!) se bucură de banii constănţenilor...

Investitii de 17 milioane euro, la Administratia Porturilor
CN „APM” Constanţa a anunţat marţi începerea procedurilor de atribuire a contractului pentru proiectarea şi execuţia lucrãrilor pentru „Dezvoltarea capacitãţii feroviare în sectorul fluvio-maritim al portului Constanţa”, pentru care va plãti 17 milioane euro, fãrã TVA. Astfel, potrivit anunţului de intenţie publicat pe Sistemul Electronic de Achiziţii Publice (SEAP), data prevãzutã pentru începerea procedurilor este 15 mai 2010, durata contractului fiind de 30 de luni de la data adjudecãrii. Finanţarea se va realiza din surse bugetare şi din fonduri structurale europene. Investiţia are ca scop îmbunãtãţirea exploatãrii în zona fluvio-maritimã prin construirea în prima etapã a unui complex de linii ferate sistematizat, care sã deserveascã actualii şi viitorii operatori pânã în anul 2020. De asemenea, Compania Naţionalã „Administraţia Porturilor Maritime” SA Constanţa a publicat în Sistemul Electronic de Achiziţii Publice anunţul de intenţie privind începerea procedurilor de adjudecare a contractului de servicii pentru asistenţa tehnicã de supervizare a execuţiei lucrãrilor pentru proiectul „Dezvoltarea capacitãţii feroviare în sectorul fluvio-maritim al portului Constanţa”. Costul iniţial estimat al acestui contractului este de 585.000 euro, fãrã TVA.

18 mln euros investments for railway project in Constanta Harbour

Constanta Harbour Administration Company will allocate around 18 million euros for the development of the harbour railway capacity, Transport Ministry informs.

Constanta Harbour initiated the procedures for assigning the contract on surveillance technical assistance for the conduct of works on the project titled ‘Development of the railway capacity in the river-maritime sector of Constanta Harbour’ and for the engineering and execution of the project.
The consultancy contract proceedings will be started on May 15, 2010, the term of the contract unfolding over 36 months as from the tender date. The contract refers to consultancy services for the surveillance of industrial railway works execution.

The estimated initial cost of the contract is 585,000 euros, without VAT, and it will be funded from budget sources and European structural funds. The purpose of the investment is to improve the river-maritime area exploitation by building, as a first step, a railway system that should serve the current and future operators until 2020.

Terminal de GPL azer la Constanţa

Miniştrii energiei din România, Georgia şi Azerbaijan semnează astăzi, la Bucureşti, un memorandum de înţelegere privind dezvoltarea unor terminale de gaze naturale lichefiate (GNL), proiect evaluat la 4-6 miliarde de euro. Documentul va fi semnat de ministrul Economiei, Adriean Videanu, ministrul Industriei şi Energiei din Republica Azerbaidjan, Natig Aliyev, şi ministrul Energiei din Georgia, Alexander Khetaguri, potrivit Ministerului Economiei. Potrivit secretarului de stat din Ministerul Economiei, Tudor Şerban, după semnarea acordului, cele trei părţi implicate vor purta negocieri pe tema proiectului viitoarelor două terminale de GPL, ce urmează să fie construite. Interconectorul AGRI (Azerbaidjan-Georgia-România) este destinat transportului de GPL azer în România. Proiectul prevede construirea a două teminale de gaz natural lichefiat, unul pe litoralul georgian al Mării Negre şi celălalt la Constanţa.

Investitorii americani şi japonezi sunt interesaţi de molurile III şi IV

Industria portuară este în convalescenţă. După o criză prelungită, traficul de mărfuri este în creştere. Nu sunt salturi spectaculoase, dar tendinţa este pozitivă. „În luna aprilie 2010, cantitatea medie de mărfuri manipulate a fost de 107.604 tone/zi, faţă de 97.162 tone, în aprilie 2009" - a declarat, pentru cotidianul „Cuget Liber”, Ioan Bălan, directorul general al Companiei Naţionale Adminis-traţia Porturilor Maritime Constanţa.

Zonele virgine de pe molurile III şi IV ale portului Constanţa sunt dorite de investitori. Cunoscuta bancă americană Merrill Lynch, una dintre cele mai mari instituţii financiare ale lumii, intenţionează să construiască un terminal de containere pe molul III.
În 2009, pe 20 octombrie, o delegaţie din care au făcut parte vicepreşedintele băncii, Michal Vancik, care răspunde de sectorul de investiţii, directorul Julian Trott şi Guillame Petitgas, a făcut o vizită exploratorie în portul Constanţa. Intenţiile bancherilor americani vizează construcţia unui terminal de containere. Banca ar urma să ia în concesiune molul, pe un interval de timp de 40 de ani, cu o perioadă de graţie de 10 ani, şi să finanţeze construcţia infrastructurii şi suprastructurii terminalului. Administrarea obiectivului ar urma să fie realizată de un operator portuar specializat.

Romania – the Eastgate hub to Europe

Romania benefits from a strategic location and the great potential of becoming the main ‘gateway’ for Asian goods destined for the European Union market. This is the conclusion of a seminar organized by Romanian and Dutch companies in cooperation with the Dutch Embassy. According to His Excellency Tanya van Gool, the Dutch Ambassador to Bucharest, because of this strategic Black Sea location and of its connection with the Danube the Constanta harbour can become a gateway towards Central and Eastern Europe. ‘Nevertheless, these two advantages are not enough. The development of Constanta and the improvement of the navigational system on the Danube are very important too. Romania could become very attractive for companies that would serve the Central European and former Soviet markets,’ His Excellency Tanya van Gool stated. ‘That is why the initiative of the Dutch companies that joined forces under the European Gateways Platform (EGP) aegis with the backing of the Dutch Government is welcomed,’ Tanya van Gool underlined.

‘By attracting new flows of goods through the Constanta harbour Romania could draw in a growing number of companies involved in international trade as well as in the production of goods destined for the European market,’ Robin Martens, Managing Director European Gateways Platform, stated. ‘The market shows the need for an efficient East-West logistical corridor. It is very important to have an efficient logistical system. In the West the system is operational but there are still problems in the East,’ he stated. He added that 12 per cent of the purchasing power is located in Eastern Europe, representing only 1 per cent of the world’s cargo transport. Likewise, according to the business representatives it is necessary for our country to be perceived as being competitive, especially in contrast with other EU member states with similar potential.

Portul Constanţa, furnizor de platforme petroliere

Companiile care extrag petrol în Marea Neagră folosesc platformele petroliere şi navele de asistenţă construite de specialişti străini pe şantierul GSP. Barja GSP va pleca săptămâna viitoare în zona platoului rusesc al Mării Negre.

În Portul Constanţa Sud, departe de privirile curioşilor, funcţionează la foc continuu, un şantier naval nou, care se întinde pe 4 hectare, unde se construiesc platforme petroliere şi nave tehnice care deservesc platformele de foraj marin şi de exploatare din Marea Neagră. Este vorba despre şantierul companiei Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP), deţinută de omul de afaceri Gabriel Comănescu, aflat pe locul 9 anul trecut în Top 300 Capital, cu o avere estimată la 700-750 de milioane de euro.

GSP a câştigat anul trecut un contract de 269 de milioane de euro cu compania rusească Gazprom, pentru proiectul „Olympia“ din platoul continental rusesc al Mării Negre. Este vorba despre amplasarea a 160 de kilometri de conducte submarine pentru transportul gazelor naturale din Portul Novorosisk la Soci.

Flotei GSP din apele ruseşti i se va alătura, de săptămâna viitoare şi barja „Big Foot 1”, întoarsă recent din Turcia, unde timp de două săptămâni a participat la montarea a 7 kilometri de conducte submarine, la 90 metri de adâncime, pentru transportul gazelor naturale spre bazinul de vest al Mării Negre. E vorba despre contractul TPAO, obţinut de GSP în 2009.

Astfel, muncitorii de la şantierul naval de la Constanţa Sud lucrează la finalizarea unei platforme marine fixe cu o înălţime de 100 metri şi a două ansambluri metalice cu echipamente de foraj, a câte 36 de metri înălţime fiecare. Peste câteva zile, platforma marină va fi transportată în Turcia.

Un alt proiect la care participă flota GSP vizează platoul continental bulgar al Mării Negre, unde va fi dezvoltat câmpul petrolier Galata. Specialiştii GSP vor instala, la o adâncime de 80 de metri, o conductă de 8,5 kilometri, care va lega platforma Galata de capătul de sondă Karvarna 2, iar o alta, de 15 kilometri, va lega platforma Galata de capătul de sondă Kaliacra 2. Contractul a fost încheiat cu firma britanică Melrose Resources.

Cele trei contracte derulate de GSP în Rusia, Bulgaria şi Turcia, plus cel cu Sterling în platoul românesc al Mării Negre, însumează aproape 500 de milioane de dolari.

Nava Big Foot 1 e ultima barjă lansată la apă, la începutul lunii, în şantierul naval GSP din Portul Constanţa Sud. Nava are o lungime de 135 de metri (mai mare decât un stadion de fotbal), o lăţime de 42 m şi un pescaj maxim de 5,2 m. „Big Foot 1” are cinci punţi, un heliport, două macarale, de 400 de tone şi de 60 de tone, şi a costat în total 85 de milioane de dolari .

Tot din flota GSP face parte şi nava „C-Master”, construită în 2004, care a participat la montarea celor 30 km de conducte Gazprom (inaugurate pe 20 aprilie) din magistrala Novorosisk- Soci.

La bordul barjei „Big Foot 1” lucrează peste 200 de specialişti din 10 ţări. „Deocamdată, echipajul care se ocupă de construirea conductelor e multinaţional şi superintendenţii sunt australieni. Pe viitor, după cursurile de specializare, vom folosi şi personal român”, explică Codrean Para, comandantul navei. Muncitorii din Spania, Malaysia, Filipine, Germania sau SUA lucrează la asamblarea pe navă a conductelor, iar totul e coordonat de superintendenţi.

Constantza Port Day in Krems, Austria, the 5th Edition

On April 15, 2010 it was held the 5th edition of the "Port Of Constantza Day in Krems", an event that has already become a tradition, organized by National Company Maritime Ports Administration SA Constantza in Austria. The event brought together 200 representatives from various transport and logistics companies in Austria and also from the business sector of Constantza Port. The Romanian delegation was headed by the Secretary of State from The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Mr Marin Anton. The Romanian official underlined that the main objective of the transport field strategy is the balanced development of the national transport system to ensure a modern and sustainable infrastructure and transport services, the sustainable development of the economy and improvement of the quality of life."Our intention is that the Port of Constantza should rank among the first four European ports. To this aim, we intend to build Piers 3 and 4 South, which represent approximately 50 ha of new territory gained from sea and a potential to develop new specialized terminals ", the Secretary of State Marin Anton stated. Among the objectives of the Romanian Ministry, the continuation of the works on the Danube - Bucharest Canal represents a challenge. The contract to update the feasibility study and technical survey was signed in September 2009 with the deadline September 2010. To finalize works on the Danube - Bucharest Canal the concession of works will be considered. The Secretary of State underlined: "The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure is actively involved in developing the Strategy for the Danube Region. Romania's official position for the Danube's European Strategy was approved by the Government in March 2010". In the transport field, Romania has the following goals: to ensure optimal conditions for navigation on the entire course of the Danube, all year around; to modernize the Danube ports and access infrastructure; to transform the ports into logistics centers and integrate them into the intermodal transport system, to ensure the connection of the cities along the Danube; to resume the project to connect Bucharest to the Danube by continuing works at the Danube - Bucharest Canal; to connect Bucharest and Constantza at the high speed railway Budapest - Bratislava - Strasbourg - Paris. The General Manager of the National Company Maritime Ports Administration SA Constantza, Mr Ioan Balan, declared that this 5th edition once again has proven the importance that the two countries, Romania and Austria, place on the fields of transport and logistics. The General Manager presented the development strategy of Constantza Port, opportunities and facilities offered to the port's clients, investments and perspective plans. "The unfavourable situation at world-wide level has also affected the transport of goods between Constantza and Austrian ports, but I think if we join our efforts we can get over this situation more easily. The strategy promoted at European level sustains transport on the Danube and it is our joint interest to create favourable conditions to develop the traffic between Constantza and Austria's ports", Mr Ioan Balan said. " The Port of Constantza has European funding to achieve some major investments: to extend the outer breakwater by 1050 meters and to construct the bridge over the Danube -Black Sea Canal. He presented the Austrian businessmen the advantages of Constantza Port, underlined the importance of the Danube for a better cooperation between the countries of Central Europe and those in East Europe. The audience could learn about the investments that are currently run, future projects, development plans of private companies operating in the port and could identify the opportunities that Constantza Port offers. The General Manager of National Company Maritime Ports Administration SA Constantza expressed his hope that soon new lines of transport will be established between Constantza and Austrian ports, to exploit the potential of river transport, considering the attention the European Union places on the Danube River. Wednesday, April 14, 2010, a Protocol of cooperation between the Ports of Constantza and Krems was signed by the General Manager of National Company Maritime Ports Administration SA Constantza, Ioan Balan and the Manager of Mierka Donauhafen Gesellschaft, Hubert Mierka. Through this protocol the signing parties intend to identify and analyze the cargo flows between the two ports , to permanently exchange information in the field of transport and potential facilities , to mutually promote and to identify the possibility to participate together in European Union projects, following the main lines of the Danube Strategy. The European Strategy for the Danube Region represents a coherent framework of cooperation, which will contribute to the implementation of the objectives of economic growth of the European Union. This will support the implementation of new technologies regarding the development, maintenance and protection of the Danube to become a commercially attractive river, an environmentall friendly transport waterway compatible with the existent ecological system. Participants to the event had the ocasion to meet potential business partnes and identify common interest fields in transport.

East Point builds biggest grain terminal in Europe
- about 35m EUR for completion of silo in Constanta -

- Company East Point plans to increase the capacity of the silo in Constanta from 108,000 to 150,000 tons, for which between 32 and 35m EUR will be provided - Zoran Drakulić, the President of East Point told eKapija and pointed out that the company would soon finish the negotiations with the strategic partner for that investment.

- I am talking about East Point's additional capitalization worth about 40m EUR. Our partner will have the share of 50% in the future project. The documentation has already been made, we have obtained majority of licenses and the works on expansion of the existing silo are expected to start in late April or early May. It will be one of the biggest grain terminals in Europe, as well as in the world - Drakulić said in the interview he gave on the second day of the Business Forum on Kopaonik.

New silo in Constanta will be supplied with grain from all Danubian countries, Russia, Ukraine, as well as from the Black Sea's ports. The terminal is situated exactly in the location where navigable canal Danube - Black Sea ends.

- After its capacity is increased, the terminal will be receiving over 4m tons of cereals instead of current 2m tons, which is the annual quantity of cereals transported via Constanta. Our country will also benefit from the expansion of the silo and I expect Serbia to export between 5 and 6m tons of cereals per year, but that does not mean that the whole quantity will be transported via Constanta. Romania also has a big potential since it currently produces 18m tons of cereals and exports about 3 to 4m tons. It plans to increase production to 40m tons, and most of these cereals will be delivered to our silos - said Drakulić.

Let us remind that East Point invested 2.7m EUR in grain terminal near Romanian town of Đurđu in May 2009. That terminal will be the place for collecting crops from Romanian and Bulgarian fields and exporting them to the Mediterranean market. The capacity of the silo (if wheat is stored) amounts to 5,000 tons, but it can be easily increased to 12,000 tons. It is capable of keeping and processing all types of cereals, as well as sunflower and oilseed rape.

The announced expansion of capacities in Constanta and the existing silo in Romania will put East Point Holding on the top of the chain of the purchase of cereals in quite large Romanian-Bulgarian zone.

Stoparea şi blocarea pentru 2 ani a reparaţiei capitale a Spitalului Clinic Judeţean de Urgenţă Constanţa. După 2 ani de cercetări au constatat că totul este corect, s-a deblocat, dar israelienii care finanţau lucrarea s-au retras şi acum nu mai sunt bani...

La toate piedicile acestea se adaugă lipsirea totală a Constanţei de orice sumă de bani de la bugetul central! La contribuţie suntem pe locul 2 sau 3 (cu Timişoara ne "batem"), dar alţii (ex. Cluj Napoca, cu primar prim-ministru!) se bucură de banii constănţenilor...

Avem eu si niste prieteni o vorba.Daca Baselu se scoala dimiuneata cu fata lka perete e de rau.Daca se scoala cu fata la Udrea e de bine.In cazl asta se pare ca sa sculat cu fata spre Udrea.
Ma lasati va og sa fiu arogant in legatura cu cei de la GSP.
Inca de anul trecut eu spuneam de proiectele mari ale celor de la GSP la Marea Neagra cineva nu mai stiu cine zicea ca nu o sa se intample asa ceva vreodata si ca visez cu ochii deschisi.

This year forty-five passenger ships will be visiting Constantza Port bringing more than 16,000 foreign tourists on board. As compared to last year, a 5 to 10% increase in the number of tourists arriving at our cruise terminal is expected. Cruise season starts on April 3, when the “ Viking Primadona “ river vessel will arrive. Moreover, during the 2010 season at least 10 river ships will return to Constantza following one year break due to the global crisis. “ Costa Crociere “, one of the most important cruise companies in the world, will become a steady customer of Constantza Port. MedCruise General Assembly, Constanta 2-5 June 2010

Port of Constanta became a member of the International Association MedCruise, having as main activity support cruise tourism and promote the interests of ports that own passenger terminals. For this, it was considered convenient to organize a General Assembly MedCruise in Constanta, in May of 2010. Representatives of all association members, specialized press, the cruise companies will attend this event, in particular decision makers in the development of cruise ship itineraries. Performing such an event is a positive sign for all cruise transport industry players. As benefits to hosting the General Assembly of the MedCruise in Constanta, we mention creating new opportunities for initiating direct links with important players in the tourism industry such as cruise companies, that can be attracted to new lines and cruise ship tourism circuit.
