Favourite completed UK skyscraper.

The UK has begun to build high! Obviously, there are a ton of towers still to come, but the ones that have been completed thus far and dominate British city skylines are often magnificent...but are there any that really do it for you? Leave comments with your opinions!

(Sorry, this was meant to be a poll, but something went wrong and it didn't publish it properly. If there's no way of editing this post to create a poll, I'll just leave it as a discussion thread.)

Best aesthetic tower is Spinaker tower in portsmouth, best office has to be Gurkin, best cladding has to be Manchester Beetham, but my fave is Strata in London as takes the shapes of East side plaza in portsmouth and Liverpool Beetham to the next level. Some pictures to help

Portsmouth has east side plaza, Spinnaker tower and admiralty tower. Spinnaker and east side plaza represent sail and steam

East side plaza

Amiralty tower is to the left

Spinnaker tower

Admiralty tower, has a nice low rise element as well

Swansea has Wales tallest Meridain Quay, the glass top is a rooftop restaurant that has spectacular views over a long stretch of beach and mountians

My Favourite is still Canary wharf in London, still love going past it with its white light flashing on the top. Fantastic

I agree, it's a true London Landmark (assuming you are referring to the individual tower and not the area as a whole. )

bizarre choices....

My favourites are still among the classics -

1. Cromwell Tower (Barbican)

2 Tower 42

3. Centre Point.
