A commie block??? If that's how commie blocks typically are in Asia then they're doin pretty well. It's pleasant and strong..... and alot of floors! Plus it's in a prime location w/incredible views.

It's pretty ugly. It is too bulky and too slender, dedending on the angle. It should have been taller instead of being so fat.

+2 for basic design
+2 for size

As always Hong Kong, what a pleasure. Another great building. I give it a 9/10.

By far the best commieblock-style building I've ever seen.
I like the colors, the shape, the roof features and the height.
Well, it's still a commieblock.

Great residential addition to Hong Kong's endless sea of 40-storey commieblocks. 8.5/10

PS: It's enormous. Try driving past it; the entire Union Square complex is a massive, massive, massive monster just sitting there next to the Western Harbour Crossing entrance.

very unique to most residential buildings in HK. It's also huge, and has a great design. I like the different shades of color used, the white really brightens up the atmosphere of Hong Kong.

Although it looks huge now, it will be completely dwarfed by US7, and wont draw as much attention in itself, or seem nearly as dominating since it will be compared to the tallest building in Hong Kong.
But it will still have some advantage, since it is so wide and dominant in that area.

Great addition to the Union Square project

9.5/10
