Ok guys... The Horizons Group website is being updated.. In its new site, they haven't changed the design of the Edri project...

Therefore there are 2 options:
- The design has been changed, by another architecture studio.
- The design of Horizons Group is being built, but the cool glassy triangle-shaped part, will be built in a second phase...

But this render (below) really fits the actual building. You can verifie this by the rectangulare indentation on the buildings corner. Its a feature that you can see both on the render and the actual building. And this render is a completely different render. Could it be that these are two different projects?

I don't know... This project has been confusing from the beginning. Ultimos picture of the construction billboard last year - which confirms the design of Horizons Group, adds even more confusion..

Could someone please take a new picture of the construction billboard at the construction site? Maybe that would clear things up a bit..

Looks like its topped out... and its not even 14 floors... disappointing, how many changes in the design these builders have done...

Yeah, pretty disappointing. It looks like they tricked the municipality in giving them a license and then built this one. Cheaper and they will get away with it.

I still have some hope too...because the renders of both of the versions indicates this is just the first phase... One other reason to why they will build a second part, is because predominantly residential buildings like this one are not allowed to be built in Lakrishte. Just mixed-use buildings, where large parts of the projects has to be for commercial/office/hotel purposes (from 50 to 70% of the total built surface depending on which area of Lakrishte)... Would be strange if the investors got away with a shitty appartment block in this area (against the regulation plan)...

Regarding the white color, I think it has to be just the standard color of the facade material they are using... Colors may come afterwards.. We'll see though

If they'll stick to the horizon groups initial design in the second phase, then they're probably building a different version of this part now:

It is pretty cleare that this is it. If you look at the render, the '1st phase' and '2nd phase' share the same foundation. It would be almost impossible now to incorporate the rest of the building with what has already been built. I would like to hope this is not the case as well, but this seems like 99 percent certain that this is it.
