Love the pics! Awassa is wonderful. Spotless, orderly, well-maintained greenery. Why can't Addis do it??

Awassa was just amazing, my friend took some beautiful landscape photos of the surrounding area's, haile's resort and some other things, I will post them as soon as I get them. There is a lot of road construction going on, the city is growing really fast and it's getting huge amounts of investments. New hotels are popping up everywhere. The locals we've talked with seem to be really proud of their city as well.

I love the roads! I hope a proper masterplan is in place so that Awassa can avoid to be a mess.

i am actually surprised to see people zebra crossing without the street lights.... Ethiopian cities need street lights so as to avoid the disorganization i see in pictures especially in Addis.

hey guys i have been following the Ethiopian trend for a long time now i think it is time for me to become part of it.

Awassa is on my itinerary on my next visit, lots of resembalance with Bahir Dar.
