in my opinion hindi lang ventilation ang reason why only a few condominiums are using glass curtain walls- first of all may operable window panel kahit full glass ang facade so definitely kahit hindi ka naka aircon may ventilation ka ibukas mo lang ang window- 2nd, mahal ang glass curtain wall facade kaya few high end condos lang ang gumagamit like pacific plaza- 3rd, dahil mahal siya tataas din ang total project cost at cost ng mga units- 4th, pag wala or hindi enough ang sunshield feature ng glass system mas mahal ang energy consumption-

Does someone here know if Zuellig would have its "Z" logo signage on top of their building? If it does, it would be distinguishable and nice to see it lit at night.
