There are a number of criteria, one of which is that you must reuse at least 14% of what you have consumed, as in water. This must be observed even during the construction stage. Zuellig Building will recycle at least 50% of its water consumption. As reported in the article, this will be used for irrigation and flushing purposes. Another is the choice on the use of materials. These materials must be environmentally friendly. A resort in Batangas has been recognized for this. Zuellig will also have a watery area which will be expected to cool down air when the wind passes through it. There are areas for greenery for breathing space, and so on...
i was only trying to insinuate the reason behind the lack of updates then.

yup, i saw the cranes busy and going up last week! this is an exciting project.

when does alphaland start their main headquarters construction on ayala avenue?

OT: Is is true that Alphaland is owned by the Marcoses. Take for instance the Alphaland building (formerly Toyota) on EDSA, near Chino Roces. Rumors have it that the Marcoses reclaimed it through Bobby Ongpin.

If it is, then that's at least why the buildings have such high quality.

GT International Tower, LKG Tower and RCBC Plaza already rank as the architectural wonders amongst office buildings in the country and no doubt the Zuellig building in the same league as well.

all spaces for lease only...you may contact Aki Aquino, Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis for inquiries. Mobile number +63 928 507 9133

Our company also tapped to manage the building as well, and consult with the owners and project group during the weekly project update...will post soft copies of the official brochure once done!

actually, there's a lot more going into this building than meets the eye..i.e. the glass itself has a ceramic "frit" pattern built into it that blocks heat/glare from the sun at certain times of the day...the angle of the sun was analyzed and the "frits" designed with a specific window location in mind to maximize the use of the frit pattern...it's actually going to be installed like a giant puzzle with each piece of glass going into only the space it was designed to go into...

isn't it about time that the peninsula building across zuelig is reconstructed by adding more floors into it? given its prominent location, the peninsula building looks awkward because of its midget height. that intersection of paseo de roxas and makati avenue has to have tall, better looking buildings. sadly, the peninsula building is not one of them.
