JAL no longer uses that livery sadly. They went back to the old Crane one.

PICTURES: MAS' first A380 enters final assembly
By Ghim-Lay Yeo

Malaysia Airlines' (MAS) first Airbus A380 has entered the airframer's final assembly line in Toulouse.
The superjumbo jet, which entered the line on 7 June, will have its front, central and aft fuselage sections, wings and horizontal and vertical tails assembled at the first stage.
This will be followed by the installation of engines and tests on the aircraft's electric and hydraulic systems, mobile parts and landing gears. Final ground tests and first engine tests will take place after that, before the aircraft is flown to Hamburg for cabin completion and painting.
MAS, which has six A380s on order, has said it is due to receive its first in April 2012. The airline is likely to deploy the superjumbo jet to London, followed by Sydney and Melbourne.

Apart from that the editing is, in my opinion, awful and hurts my brain, the images are quite nice.

Korean Air Announces Launch Dates of A380 to Tokyo and Hong Kong

Korean Air has officially announced that it will commence A380 services to Tokyo and Hong Kong from June 17th. The carrier received its first A380 aircraft with baby blue livery on June 2nd after the aircraft completed its final flight and ground tests in Toulouse. The upper level of the A380 is dedicated to Business Class passengers, whilst the lower deck features a spacious First.

The inaugural A380 flight will depart from Seoul Incheon International Airport at 09:10am on June 17th, landing in Tokyo’s Narita International Airport at 11:30am. The flight will then depart from Seoul at 20:00pm, landing in Hong Kong International Airport at 22:30pm on the same date, before returning back to Seoul.

The code for the airline’s A380 flight services will be “KE380”. Korean Air has 10 A380s on order and is set to receive the first 5 by the end of 2011, with the remaining aircraft due for arrival by 2014. The airline plans to introduce the A380 on short-haul Asia routes to Tokyo and Hong Kong on June 17th, followed by Bangkok in July. It will then extend A380 services to long-haul routes in Europe and North America, including New York in August, Paris in September and Los Angeles in October of this year.

Korean Air’s A380 is configured with a three-class layout and boasts an all-Business Class upper deck- a first for any A380. With only 407 seats, Korean Air offers the lowest number of seats out of all the A380 operators, meaning passengers have more space to relax. The A380 features 12 ultra luxurious First Class Kosmo Suites and 301 Economy Class seats on the lower deck, plus 94 fully-flat Prestige Sleeper sears in Business Class on the upper deck. All the seats are installed with Audio and Video on Demand entertainment systems, so passengers can watch TV shows, movies and a variety of entertainment to pass the time.

There is a stylish on-board bar and lounge area on the new A380 where premium passengers can socialise and sample exclusive cocktails during the flight. Korean Air will also provide a ‘Duty Free Showcase’ service, featuring a range of duty-free products such as cosmetics, perfumes, accessories and liquor, with a crew member on hand to assist and advise passengers on their purchases.

Always nice to see a 'making of' that's about 8 times as long as the promotional video itself...
