Dubai will have Air France 380, not sure maybe already started service.

Melbourne will have Emirates 380 this year.

Kuala Lampur already has Emirates 380 service, and Malaysia getting they're first example this year.

Tokyo will get Emirates 380 this year.

Amsterdam will get Emirates 380 this year, and I'm sure some other airline.

Riyad has Emirates 380, and will have first VIP jet.

Shanghai has Emirates 380 service, and China Southern, maybe one more airline, not sure.

Seoul also has Emirates 380 service, plus Korean Air.

Hence Emirates all five slots at Heathrow will be 380 before the Olympics, plus Manchester will be double daily 380 service.
