First A380 commercial flight landing at BCN; emirates increased capacity from 777-300 to A380 because of the Movile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona.

I don't see why China Southern bought A380s, but government supported airlines like Air China have not, Air China needs to catch up on this!

Why would they order the A380...According to an announcement of Air China, CA ordered 2x748I, 1x77W, 20x738 and Air China Cargo orders 7x777F on 3-1-2013. Air China also has the option to convert 4x738 to 1x77W.
Air China will sell back its 7x744 to Boeing. The prices for these planes are as follows: 748I-$340 million USD, 77W-$300 million USD, 738-$80 million USD, 77F-$280 million USD. This order will increase Air China's total capacity by 18.7% in terms of available ton kilometers and 19.1% if Air China choose to convert 4x738 to 1x77W.

How are they going to compete with other Chinese airlines then? I think Air China should dominate Chinese airlines more like Aeroflot in Russia, possibly by having another airline merge into it, since it is the flag carrier and is supported by the state.

1. You don't necessarily need A380s to compete (They just ordered new 747-8Is).

2. The competition between the three largest airlines is wanted by the government.
The Chinese government decided in late 1987 to split the operating divisions of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) into six separate airlines: Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, China Northern, China Southwest, and China Northwest. They never wanted a single dominating airline and for the consumer it is better this way (lower prices).

Hainan came very close to buying A380's but due to political reasons (relations between the EU and China soured), the plan was dropped.

Certainly not, photos aren't allowed in both Boeing and Airbus factories.

Maybe there are exterior views of the factories and aircrafts at those facilities?

The only pictures you can find are from spotters and official communication from Airbus.
Airbus or Boeing get a lot of industrial espionage, showing the assembly chain is already a bit sensible.
