KE don't operate their A380's to BKK. What gave you such an assumption?
The photo of the KE A380 was taken in HKG.

They are investigating the door in question as we speak. How can you already be sure about the cause? The aircraft was designed to handle that higher pressure, so that should not be the problem's cause actually. Something damaging this single door, or it's seals being damaged is a much more likely cause when it comes to that. But we better not speculate until the cause has been determined.

Here's a special livery on an A380...

Air France A380-800, "80 Years; 80 Ans" (reg. F-HPJI)

KE has not used an A380 to BKK as of the moment... that picture of KE parking is in HKG (my hint was the two Dragonair jets parked very close by). Maybe you thought that it was in Bangkok because of the Bangkok Air jet parked right next to the moving A380...

If I recall correctly, the typical aircraft used for ICN-BKK would be the B772, B773, B77W, and B738. Occasionally, it would use the B744 as well.

Easy there guy, I'm not sure of any thing, and I certainly hope it's a one off door, or seal fault.

No one loves this plane more than me, and with over fifty flights on this airframe so far I'd like to see it in service for a long time to come.

Fifty flights, impressive!
Which airlines did you fly with?

I'm sure it was absolutely nothing, from the comments it 99% looks like it was a seal problem that just needs to be fixed or replaced as it's often the case for any aircraft.

More or, less the majority were on EK. Just flying to New Zealand from Europe you can rake up six flights if all the legs are booked on the SJ.

But in the previous post you said this which caused my calm reaction:

So if "to go easy" is the advised way, then my guess is it is more applicable to you then to me.

There we are in agreement. Have flown on the A380 also a couple of times and these birds give the very best passenger experience possible to me.

Has the Qatar Airways' Airbus A380 been delivered, or are they waiting the completion of the new airport?
And on what route will the Qatar's A380 be used?
