Looking for Japan Past the Concrete City Streets - A train trip -

Follows a girl and her trip outside of Tokyo. She takes small local trains through all the little towns to find many small, less known things while meeting locals along the way.

That is one heck of a train.
Must be a bit expensive to rent.

Also, Did they ban all freight traffic from the Yamanote Freight Line after that incident?

I believe they still run freight trains on the line, although only a very few.
