Those datas are very old as well as the gdp by region. Thailand gdp ppp for 2010 was already more than 9000. Nesdb has already released newer data since then, and the gdp by region for 2011 will be released in a couple of month.

They aren't that old (from 2008) - besides growth hasn't been that pronounced after 2008 because of the financial crisis and the floods.
It also depends on the source of the PPP conversion factors from baht to international dollar. The World Bank's conversion factors for Thailand are less "generous" than those of the IMF and other institutions, which explains the lower GDP values (there is no general consensus which conversion factor is the right one). It also depends which reference year is taken. The diagram in my first posting on this page uses I$ from 2005, while the last posting uses I$ from 2008 (the latter have less purchasing power than the former and will thus result in slightly higher GDP per capita values for the same year).

Any data that is more than 2 years old is very old for me.
For datas of Thailand, I use NESDB, which is more reliable than IMF and World Bank.

I also used NESDB for the baht values. But NESDB does not provide any conversion factors from baht to international dollars. Or does it? I couldn't find any. In any case, nobody knows which are the most realistic ones. Every institution will of course tell you that their values are the best.
