Nice! A midrise in such a small place like Narva-Jõesuu.
And it's about time they did something with those ugly commieblock-spas, but imo they should just demolish them and build something smaller and nicer not renovate and make the buildings 3 times larger. |

Nice to see some developement in N-Jõesuu, I've heard that it used to be a very very popular place before WW2, don't know much about it's condition now.

where u got all this info matrix? what's your source? how can this be built in a town with population of less then 5 thousand?
on the other note they opened a new highrise hotel and spa last year, Meresuu, which has turned out to be very popular and won a few awards already in the newcomer categories! for those of you who do not know, here is the pic:

meeli truu's nord projekt. they've done a couple of good things, they're mostly just about modern corporate architecture, the "whores" of the architectural scene who don't say no to anything.
too bad cause truu in her youth was a fantastic architect...

A new sports arena in Rapla is being built. It's gonna be 4182 m² big, so it is going to be the biggest in Raplamaa.
![]() Also the Rapla's stone bridge is being renovated, and they are building new pedestrian bridges. I didn't find any pictures of renders or the bridge itself, but there is a video. I don't like the pedestrian bridges. They are going to be way to wide, and they will ruin the scenery.

It's is going to be slightly lighter, than it is on this render, so it'll match the school's colour.
Ugly or not, it is well needed. One of the best youth basketball teams in Estonia (Lithuanians, you can laugh now) has been playing in a very small building, which can only have about 30-40spectators. Now the hole town of Rapla can watch their best to kick Lithuanians asses (They have beaten Arvydas Sabonis' Basketball school and osme other good teams, so this sentence is pretty true )

Võru stadium, with the capacity of 1600, was recently opened. It's a new and modern stadium, sadly, this is the best picture I could find.
Viljandi stadium is also almost finished, only the cover of the tracks need to be painted, you can also see it on the picture. Viljandi was in a big need for a new stadium for years now.
