Interesting design but looks a little tacky. For some reason the Dubai scrapers look plastic to me. 6.5/10.

^ Not the ones in Shaik Zayeed Road. Even my 8 stories building doesn't have any balconies.

Don't forget also that the Towers in Marina or in the Lakes are to be SOLD, not rented, and primarily targeted to westerners who want balkonies but are afraid if they were told they'll live in a triple digit height.
