According to SLJR on SSP. There is a lot of work to be done on the lower outrigger levels. Soon the steel will be back on track and climb fast.

All in all, its pretty norm for the steel to lag behind, but once its starts picking up, the rest of the core will be swallowed rapidly by the steel skeleton.

Those aerial shots were great. It is hard to get a sense of scale for this building when it is viewed from the ground.

There are plenty of large developments near Wilshire Grand: Metropolis, Fig Central, Fig South, Luxe...
