Nothing. It's perfect, and important, because it begins the end of the LA flat roof thing.

LA will never be the same as the torch has been passed. HOWEVER, the Library Tower will forever remain one of the best of post modern art decoish examples of architecture to have been bestowed upon Western Civilization. What do you call this new style of architecture that Wilshire Grand sports, anyhow?

Totally agree, I cannot stop liking the Library Tower, it is ins a class of it's own.

By the way, did my Downtown thing today again, and WG looks sexy as hell from everywhere. Cannot wait til the spire is lit up.

The crown and spire turn out very well to be just perfect. Nice one there in the midst.

Speaking as an out of towner i really like what this tower does to the skyline. It's nice to see the LA skyline have a tower with a spire.

I totally agree! I believe LA is starting to realize what it was missing without any spires

Angelenos don't give a damn about that thing!
Neither do the most educated and interesting forumers that you find in the NY's section.
Seems like a short and bearded "marshall"and a bunch of spotty kids are licenced to run the show!

It's amusing how you speak for a city of almost 4 million and a metropolitan area of more than 18 million people
