¡Ay caramba! What a core, trully impressive. Why haven't they followed up with the squeleton? why is it lagging? Does it have to do with the cranes?

because the core is much easier to build? It is very common that the skeleton and floors follow.

And I've seen buildings where the core is T/O and there isn't an I-beam in sight. Every project is different.

I'm glad to see a tower this size going up in LA.

so much for transbay being the tallest this will t/o first and it will play second fiddle again to LA but Seattle and Dallas might outdo them both we'll wait and see.

I mountain biked up to the top of the Santa Monica Mountains yesterday and could see downtown. I can't wait until I can see WGC from that view. I will bring my telephoto lens next time
