I don't like war at all. But it would be very fasciniating to witness such parades...specially in Moscow!

I dont like parades of military vehicles, smaks of my dick is bigger than yours syndrome. Also really bad taste as war is not a good thing! I much preffer the parades of military men in uniform with horses and padgentry, much more colourfull and humanised. We all know that a parade of 1 nuclear weapon is as effective as 5000 tanks.

Military parade on 9 May is a tradition c end of the Second World War.
In which killed 26 000 000 million citizens of the USSR.

And the military parade attracted many tourists to the city.

For pity's sake, what the hell? The so called colorfull and 'humanised' horseriders used to slaughter people as mincing machines. All weapons were created to kill, it makes no odds wether it's a tank or a sword. Both can be sheen and admirable, but not humanised. Besides, a parade is first of all dog and pony show, so i bet one nuclear missile is way more impressive then some mare. And finally in case with Russia such parade is a long lasting military tradition.

Parades should show the training and disciplin of the troops, tanks going through the streets isnt a good sign, at least not in most of the world! I know my country has nuclear weapons, doesnt mean i want my face rubbed in it, they arnt used for anything useful other than mass destruction, military men are used for all sorts.

Yes, photos get ruined as soon as you upload it. Sharpness of the photos diminish when uploading it to photobucket.

Anyway, @ Helem interesting set of photos, thanks for sharing.
