To make it easier for me to prioritize my projects, I want to hear your thoughts, opinions and suggestions. This is a poll I'm creating to know which projects from my projects list you want to see built first...

Manila Spire: A 1km tall observation tower. ( Yep, 1 km... hahaha )
BioSPHERE Ecology Park: An ecological park
TEATRONATIONAL: The country's largest theater
The Pinnacle ( not the Al Burj or the Nakheel tower ok? ): The future world's tallest building at 2000 m.
SPORTSCITY: An Olympic-standard sports complex
TorreVerde Residences: Nature-inspired condominium
Riviera City: Mixed-development complex in Marikina
Fish on Plate Resto: Its a resto designed like a giant fish on a plate... it will be situated in an artificial lake or beside the sea/
Punto del Sol Resort: a themed resort in Cavite
Monumento ng Marikina: a park complex whose centerpiece is a 100 meter tall monument with an observation deck overlooking the valley.

I'm quite ecstatic... I can finally put to good use my archi sensibilities... Part of my Aesthetics class requirements was to organize an art exhibit to showcase different art styles of a particular country. Coz the exhibit is next week ( gasp! ) and there are only 4 of us in a group, I wanted to help design the exhibit... so, I will temporarily put my projects to rest and concentrate on the exhibit... I'll be posting my renders a bit later... I dunno if the exhibit will be open to the public though... that's all... renders on next post!

Some notes:

- The venue of the exhibit is in an outdoor roofed pavilion, but I didn't model the pavilion anymore...

- The design is simple coz we're on a limited budget! lol

Don't mind the previous renders coz thats not the final design... And here's the teaser for the final final design... expect a curvy tower that could well be the tallest in the country. What I didn't do with Meridian, I will do with this... so cross your fingers pipol that I finally finish this... And here you go, Torreverde Residences!

I can't spill enough details just yet coz nothing's final, but here's the launching ad for Torreverde, which by the way is 80% complete ( I'm surprised as well... lol )

torreverde fits on our skyline! great! but you should have placed it on bgc not on makati lol, great ad too

its in BGC... lol... I may have gotten the makati skyline instead of BGC... i wanted the tower to be in a crowded skyline eh....baka kasi ma OP ( out of place ) lol... thanks!!!

This is still not the final render but the tower more or less looks like this. Torreverde is a double clad tower meaning its a tower within a tower. This strategy helps minimize energy use and helps in the proper circulation of wind thus causing stability in the tower. The tower is crowned by a helipad with a wide array of solar panels. Those two cylindrical balconies jutting out are skygardens. Hope you like it guys!
